Updates require source links and bilingual copy. In production this writes to Postgres after `ADMIN_TOKEN` authorization.
Publishing rules
Every update needs a date, a source URL, and bilingual English and Spanish text.
Do not post casualty totals unless the source is timestamped and the update history keeps the prior value.
Photos must be licensed, non-graphic, respectful, and credited in the update body or source link.
