The site collects only the information needed to process donations, send receipts, respond to contact requests, prevent abuse, and maintain required accounting records. Raw card data is handled by Stripe and is never stored by this site. Analytics must not include donor names, emails, addresses, messages, or payment identifiers.

By donating, you acknowledge that funds will be used for the published relief categories and that partner distributions depend on verification, compliance screening, transfer availability, and local operating conditions.

Refund requests can be sent to the operator contact email. Approved refunds are limited to the original payment method and available Stripe balance rules.

Do not launch paid fundraising until counsel confirms applicable charitable solicitation registration, disclosure, and reporting duties. No tax-deductibility claim is made unless verified nonprofit or fiscal sponsor information is published.

Transfers for international relief require sanctions, anti-money-laundering, anti-diversion, and restricted-party screening. Funds may be held until a lawful transfer path and verified distribution partner are documented.
